Higley is an unincorporated town (1990 pop. 500) in Maricopa coounty. A residential suburb 22 mi/35 km SE of downtown Phoenix, surrounded by extensions of Gilbert city limits, which adjoins it to the North West. Williams Air Force Base to the East ; Ariz. Boys Ranch to the South East and Chandler Municipal Airport to the South West.
