About: Michael D. Goodman is a Phoenix native who has enjoyed 28 years of success in business and sales. Michael founded Valley Knights Courier Service in the early 80’s, grew it into a national delivery organization with local offices in Phoenix and Tucson. Selling it in the 90’s, Michael took a few years pursuing personal dreams including facilitating self esteem, relationship and communication seminars and instructing beginning skiers. Turning back to the business world, Michael built a successful career in technical education sales and left that industry as the General Manager for Phoenix and Tucson of ExecuTrain, a global software training company. In education, Michael recognized that by developing strong sales teams, strong companies would follow. Embarking on the Two Grand (2000) Plan at the end of 2000, Michael has since developed the American Sales Academy, USSalesForce (a sales development organization) and AzSalesPros, a professional association for sales people now 400 members strong. Michael is also the author of the Solomon Sales System, a simple conversation to understand the Return on Investment required by the buyer.
