J.D. Power and Associates to Release 2005 New-Home Builder Study Results Sept. 14
Sept. 9, 2005–J.D Power and Associates will announce the results of the 2005 New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study at 8 a.m. EDT Wednesday, Sept. 14.
The 2005 New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study measures customer satisfaction with new-home builders in 30 U.S. markets. The study is based on responses from buyers of newly built single-family homes who provided feedback after living in their homes from four to 18 months. The results include rankings of all the home builders included in the study for the following markets: Albuquerque, N.M.(a); Atlanta; Austin, Texas; Baltimore(a); Charlotte, N.C.; Chicago; Dallas/Ft. Worth; Denver/Colorado Springs; Detroit; Ft. Myers/Naples, Fla.; Houston; Inland Empire, Calif.(b); Jacksonville, Fla.; Los Angeles/Ventura County, Calif.(b); Las Vegas; Minneapolis; Orange County, Calif.(b); Orlando, Fla.; Palm Beach, Calif.; Philadelphia; Phoenix; Portland, Ore.(a); Raleigh/Durham, N.C.; Sacramento, Calif.; San Francisco Bay Area; San Diego; Seattle/Tacoma, Wash.; Tampa, Fla.; Tucson, Ariz.; and Washington, D.C.
