He teaches astronomy at Glendale Community College and at Scottsdale Community College, and also astronomy distance learning classes at Rio Salado College. George followed up an early interest in astronomy by obtaining degrees in Astrophysics and in Astronomy at Indiana University and the University of Arizona, respectively. His related interests include observational astronomy and orbital mechanics.
